1. Just ask both Senators to oppose this legislation.

2. VOTE WEDNESDAY! U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, testified in Judiciary Committee that "the Hate Crime Bill discriminates and it will not protect all Americans against hate crimes." Representative Steve King stated "Hate Crime Bill is an open door to special protection for people with all kinds of deviate behavior, among these, pedophiles.

3. NEBRASKANS! Please ask Senator Nelson to withdraw his sponsorship of S.909 (NOW AN AMENDMENT IN S. 1390 National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010) and to quit bringing up cloture.

4. Tell Senator Johanns to be sure to express his opposition to the Hate Crime Bill S 909 portion of this vote.
