Public Relations Team Meeting

The Public Relations Team will meet on Tuesday May 19, 2009 at 5:30 pm at 1512 1st Ave in Scottsbluff. If anyone else is interested in joining the team, please come to the meeting or let us know by email or phone and we'll contact you.

The Public Relations Team is responsible for all aspects regarding the release of information to the public and for keeping all tea party members informed about what we are doing and what they can do to help.

Ways the PR Team helps

• creation and maintenance of our website
• sending informative emails to all members
• handles phone calling duties
  
• create posters, banners, flyers, handouts, info sheets
  
• handle interviews with the press
• speak at our meetings
• research issues and gather material to be posted
• post messages directly to our blog
